General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jwin platform and all related services. The definitions of key terms used below are as follows:

• "Platform" — refers to jwin's website and all digital services.
• "User" or "Player" — any person who uses the services through a registered account on jwin.
• "Account" — each user's individual registered profile.
• "Wallet" — the digital balance associated with an account.
• "Bonus" — promotional credits or benefits provided by the platform.

By accessing or registering on this platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on the jwin platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If any attempt by a minor to open an account is detected, that account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, jwin reserves the right to permanently close all such accounts. If multiple accounts are operated from the same household or the same IP address, jwin reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and cancellation of pending withdrawals.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jwin may request identity verification from a user at any time. This process may require a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or other government-issued documents. Failure to complete identity verification may result in temporary suspension of withdrawals.

Account Security and Responsibility

It is your own responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account or sharing account access is prohibited.

• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• jwin will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from a security breach of your account, unless it is proven that the fault was on jwin's part.
• Selling, transferring, or mortgaging your account is strictly prohibited.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jwin is ৳500 (for each method). Deposit processing is generally instant. Deposits can be made using the following methods:

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• For unusual transactions, jwin may request additional verification.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, applicable conversion rates and associated charges are the user's own responsibility.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. This bonus is applicable only once and only on the first deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing any bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must place bets equal to the total bonus amount multiplied by 25 before becoming eligible to withdraw.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus credits are not directly withdrawable — withdrawals can only be made after wagering is completed.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
• jwin reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after their expiry date.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus offer, jwin's decision will be considered final.

5.4 VIP Program

jwin's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — from Bronze up to Diamond, the maximum weekly cashback is 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, 1.2%, and 1.5% respectively. You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. jwin reserves the right to change the benefits and terms of each tier.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on the jwin platform are conducted impartially and fairly. We use software from recognised game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others.

• All game outcomes are determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• There is no possibility of manipulating the outcome of any game.
• If a technical issue occurs during a game, the outcome of the round that was in progress will be reviewed and the issue resolved.
• jwin is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jwin platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in measures such as account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Misusing bonus benefits or making fraudulent bonus claims.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack other users or access their accounts.
• Using fake or stolen payment methods.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability in the platform's systems.
• Colluding with other players to act against the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by jwin

jwin may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• As a precautionary measure during an ongoing investigation.
• Due to legal obligations.
• Evidence or suspicion of involvement in prohibited activities.

8.2 Closure by the User
